To qualify for a return/refund, the product must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging and must contain all originally included parts. Upon an authorized return, the item(s) will be shipped back to Voker, LLC at the purchaser’s expense. All authorized returns must be received by Voker, LLC within 14 days of the return being issued. Refunds will be issued through the same method as the original payment. Please allow 30 days for refund to appear or your payment method’s next billing cycle. Voker, LLC reserves the right to evaluate all returned items and replace or repair any item found to be defective in material or workmanship.
Voker, LLC warranties its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase when installed for personal, household or family purposes. If installed for business or commercial purposes, the warranty period is in effect for 30 days from the date of purchase.
